Russia’s VTB sells stake in Bulgaria’s Vivacom telecoms operator


MOSCOW (Information) – Russia’s VTB stated on Monday that VTB Capital, its funding unit, had offered its total stake in Bulgaria’s main telecoms operator, Vivacom, to United Group, a telecoms and media firm.

United Group, owned by non-public fairness agency BC Companions, stated final week it had agreed to amass Vivacom. Two sources acquainted with the deal had stated it was price 1.2 billion euros ($1.three billion).

VTB didn’t disclose the phrases of the take care of United Group.
