(Information) – The state of Georgia executed on Wednesday a person who was convicted of fatally taking pictures a comfort retailer clerk earlier than stealing two 12-packs of beer with an confederate greater than 20 years in the past, the state’s division of corrections stated.

Ray Cromartie, 52, was executed by deadly injection and pronounced useless at 10:59 p.m. EST (three:39 a.m. GMT) at Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Jail in Jackson, for the killing of Richard Slysz in 1994.
