U.N. investigators eye 160 Islamic State militants over Yazidi massacres


UNITED NATIONS (Information) – United Nations investigators have thus far recognized 160 Islamic State militants accused of massacres of Yazidis in northern Iraq in 2014 and are constructing authorized circumstances towards them, the pinnacle of the crew instructed the U.N. The U.N. investigative crew, created by the U.N. Safety Council, began work a 12 months in the past to gather and protect proof for future prosecution of acts by Islamic State in Iraq that could be conflict crimes, crimes towards humanity or genocide.

I discovered myself underneath a pile of useless our bodies,” he instructed the council. “After I opened my eyes I noticed three of my brothers. They have been subsequent to me. They have been useless. So have been my nephews and my cousins.”

He stated his spouse and daughters have been kidnapped and bought as slaves and that he had misplaced some 75 members of his household.

“5 years have handed and I can nonetheless hear my spouse and my daughters screaming when the members of ISIL kidnapped them. I can even hear the voice of my daughter Lara, who was three months outdated when she handed away in captivity due to thirst and starvation,” Kachi stated.

He stated the Yazidis now need justice.
