Cleveland Indians right-hander Carlos Carrasco was named 2019 American League Comeback Participant of the 12 months on Wednesday following his battle with most cancers.

Atlanta Braves third baseman Josh Donaldson collected the award within the Nationwide League after lacking many of the earlier season with arm and calf accidents.
